I reckon so.
I have not been that impressed with Kelly, but the last two games I have seen without him having Bayliss next to him he seems to be much better.
I don't think you can make any assessment based on the last 2 games. The Sunderland game was a freak of a game, and yesterday we played the bottom of the table side who had 10 men for half the game.
Kelly has been outstanding since doyle left, not just in the last 2 games.

I’m certainly not a hater of Bayliss plus I don’t really think anyone should be either but we can recognise when he’s not achieving enough in games or from the match minutes he’s been involved in this season and seen much or if any progress from the young lad we seen burst onto the scene and grow in his time in L2.
I believe this injury is a blessing in disguise for the lad tho as I’ve felt he’s needed a break for near 6 months as his form has slowly wavered away again over the last few months like his pre Christmas form of November/December bar 45 second half mins against Peterborough at the Ricoh.
This break will do his development the world of good coming back to preseason having learned a lot from his first season in L1 with some reviews of his games this year on areas to develop.
Defence a shambles.
Unbelievable missed chances.
Both goals really well taken.
Game perfectly illustrates why we are where we are in the table and not higher.
