Got 2 kids tickets for Wednesday and they ain't going now, am i allowed to upgrade them to adult ?

Should be able to, take up the same size seats as a kid.

Depends if they have the same barcode system as we do, may not have to upgrade then.

They have under 16 written in biro on them but are a little smaller than the adult ones. There is no bar code

Just phoned Crewe and answer is yes but must be done at Coventry no tickets sold on day of the game

They are onsale on the day but you've gotta buy a 20 quid membership, my mate's daughter brought two for the home end on her way back from uni last friday, people who really wanna get in will.
