Not sure if cctv of idiots lobbing stuff, bottles & coins etc across would be classed as fit ups.Surprised that they have a police cordon in the ground anymore. With their non conflict approach surely the police only need one plod with a camera and maybe a make up artist just in case they decide to fit someone up.
I normally go to the Casino straight after the game, but was heading to the Butts for Cov rugby on Saturday.Surprised that they have a police cordon in the ground anymore. They'll be sorry when the club are looking for ticket stubs for the finalCan't see too many going tbh
Not quite sure why Millwall fans were walking that way.
Bit of trouble near the casino tonight.
As usual, Millwall kids getting in people's faces singing 'Mill'.
Quite a few Coventry fans didn't take well to it.

Also trouble up by Tesco. Not masses but getting really fucking bored of it having on my walk back every game.

Bit harsh blaming the train situation, fans don’t need to fight because they walk the same way together. most home or away games you have to walk alongside each other at some point, I choose to do so peacefully as do thousands, the issue is the the actual dickheads who don’t for whatever reason and it’s not just alcohol or drugs, don’t dress it up as anything other than what it is, idiots who want to punch each other. All stems from the train station issue. The away fans are walking towards the station or, more recently, the replacement buses in the Tesco carpark.

They're determined to ruin any atmosphere at all.
It's yet another thing that happens in every ground in the country but we are treated like a special case. While there are certainly some very strange decisions made by the safety group if people can't sit in the right seat or even sit at all then they're going to take action.
Whether you agree with the rules or not they exist and by entering the ground you agree to abide by them. If people don't stick to them then there's every chance something will be done to enforce them and closing that corner off may well be on the cards.
As long as there continues to be incidents and problems inside the ground (and there have been several), the chances of them making bullshit decisions like closing the corner only increases.
I'm certain the idiots are laying the groundwork to shut the corner next season
This is almost certainly a box ticking exercise putting the message out. They won’t enforce I’m sure, at least not in the corner.
Im sure they tried when the Ricoh first opened and I recall regular scuffles between fans and stewards over it.
Of course, there’s also up to 5,000 away fans every other weekend standing for the duration that they would need to attend to!
How the bloody hell can you blame Wasps rugby clubs sit alongside each other with no problems for some reason now normally for some reason below the premier league Johnnie concretes a number of whom with their noses full of Charlie need to be the tough guys and as a result our ticket allocations at away games are getting cut. Most of these problems have been caused by wasps themselves. Why are we the only club that needs half a mile segregation? Is it our fans are far worse then everyone else or the safety officer is useless at his job and hes forcing ever increasing draconian measures on us.

It does seem strange that potentially volatile games like Chelsea v Spurs have zero distance between fans home and away yet we need a rocket launcher to reach the opposing fans at the CBS. I watched their fans at Boro entering the no go zone at the Riverside and it is like an invitation to play hard knowing that there was little chance of anybody coming to meet them.
I grew up with football violence at HR and the West End was segregated by the walk way with police in between and I won’t say it went without incident and yes there was posturing but it seems to me that the issue at our ground is not helped by the distance between fans but encouraged.

Part of the issue is that our atmosphere creators, have restricted themselves to "naughty corner" with only a limited number of seats in the corner, more and more people are trying to join them but there isn't enough space. The design of the stadium is all wrong, the club said at the start of this season they wanted to create a singing are behind the goal, but no-one wants to sit there as the sun is in your eyes for any afternoon games.
Ideally away fans would've been in that end, allowing us to have a bank of fans behind the goal where an atmosphere could be created
There’s exceptions of course but in atmospheric stadiums the most vocal always tend to sit near the away fans. You can try and encourage people to go and sit behind the goal or move the away fans but people will just move to near the away fans.
We finally have an atmosphere at the CBS lets try and iron out the issues with segregation and ridiculous fencing before anything else IMO
