Agree with most of the above. It gives and then it takes it away.
Just when we think we sorted in the playoffs and playing brilliantly, arguably our player of the season, suffers a season ending injury.
Then our best centre back and inspiration also gets injured.
Then with a massive twist of the knife our most consistent, injury free and only right back succumbs to a match missing injury.
We’ve now lost our improving left back to a 3 game ban and we are literally at bare bones.
Despite valiantly defending for 75 mins with 10 men and the much maligned keeper actually keeping us in the game (which most of the imbeciles on here seem to be forgetting) we lose to a lucky (and it was lucky) 90th min goal.
My point is that most of us Cov fans have seen this all before but it doesn’t make it any easier to swallow.
What’s brilliant is that even if we don’t make the play offs this is a City team in the Lampard era.
We’ll be challenging for many years to come and maybe next year we’ll actually come out of the blocks fighting and not take half a season to start playing decent football.
It’s not over but it has been a successful one.

I disagree about the lucky bit. If you make a stupid decision that's not bad luck.
Agree with everything else though
It was lucky because the ricochet dropped straight to the Luton player, that he hardly blasted it into an empty net but feebly shot it towards a defender who should have twatted it away with his left foot but decided to go with his right, got his legs messed up and hit it into his own net.
Lucky for them. Could’ve happened if Brad hadn’t gone for the ball.

Was with you until the imbeciles comment. It's not like he was having a blinder, he was doing well just as you expect. but that's not the issue with him, he has consistently made goal costing errors this season, being ok for 80 mins but to fuck up like he did it's not good enough. I mean what in the world possessed him to come for that ball, there was zero danger and Kitch had it covered. it was boneheaded and cost us the game. Yet again. It gives and then it takes it away.
