100% agreed, the only outcome I can see from any of this is heartache for us the fansAgree with you about it being a gamble and the most frustrating thing is we won't know if it was a gamble worth taking until it's all over and the dust settles. What makes me very angry is that both sides are gambling with the very future of our club and I question their moral right to do that...one thing playing 'hard ball' in business but when they're using the emotional ties of fans to get what they want then for me that is unforgivable.
Mixed feelings really...Certainly a negative thing for the team in so many ways but if this is the only opportunity we have of unearthing any dodgy or even illegal activities by whoever is running our club then surely that's what all fans who have the club at heart would want. I would've given anything for investigations to have taken place into the actions of BR and others and I wouldn't like to be in the same position again in a few years after SISU inevitably take us further into the abyss....at least there will then be no need for innuendo after innuendo whatever the outcome.
Jesus are we not in the abyss already? Is there any further to go? I suggest some of you wake up. Calling for investigations into SISU is astounding me. Who do you think pays for that? You really think (and I can't think why or how) that SISU have made criminal decisions over a pathetic football club in their empire? That you will change the FL and FA stance for good and open cans of worms everywhere? Oh I see we in Coventry live under rocks because we think we are more important than any one else? I suggest some on here smell the coffee a bit quick and hope the CVA is signed and we move forward and not further into that abyss we may then never return from. To think some of you love your sky blues. Will you call for protest with fake lady Godiva's if ACL turn this into a vendetta? They should be trying to do all they can to get the football back playing at the Ricoh in our town whatever it takes.
Jesus Christ, "well done ACL" that comment sums you up. You're an utter disgrace. You do know any hope of playing at the Ricoh is gone if this is true, but that obviously doesn't bother you
From the posts I've read on here lately you're one of the few I'd say should 'wake up and smell the coffee'...Why don't you try a balanced view for a change instead of consistently lambasting only one of the parties in this pathetic game? "To think some of you love your sky blues" Where do you get off you sanctimonius deluded fool...I suggest you take a long hard look in the mirror because your blinkered view of what's been happening at the club we ALL love is quite frankly becoming embarrassing.
Well said!
The club are owned by bullies who only a few days ago were releasing stories that they had appointed a team of architects for a stadium even the naive know they have no intention of building. The real intention of this was to pressurise acceptance of the CVA.....a Pre condition of talks. This was to be resisted. ACL hopefully will do this and by so doing we may get an investigation (not by Appleton) into the irregularities concerning Ltd/ Holdings and the accounts. Did the FL fuck up over player registrations? Was that a factor in permitting the Ground share contrary to their own guidelines? All of this needs addressing just as the historical shite concerning past owners and CCC stitch ups. All of this has destroyed our club and if we want it back we have to welcome any investigation that aims to reveal the truth.
We, the fans, are innocents in all this so should encourage any form of investigation. We have nothing to lose ffs, and may, one day, get our club back.
Pusb
...
In your eyes then ACL/council have done nothing to damage our club you want back? Are not both sides culpable? ?
I can't believe people don't want an investigation.
Don't people want to know when assets were transfered and when CCFC Ltd became a non trading property subsidory.
Simple question... Do people really believe that Sisu will come back to the Ricoh if the CVA is signed???
I for one don't. They are spiteful evil people and will build a new ground out of spite to get one up on acl. They wasn't bluffing about the groundshare and I can't see them bluffing about the new ground.
Discussions now are a tick in the box for the FL and to try and stop the investigation into asset stripping
1. We lose 15 points.
2. There will be further investigation into CCFC Ltd
3. CCFC Ltd may/will be liquidated meaning ACL get nothing or next to nothing.
4. While we remain in Admin Fl have said no Ground share however they are likely to back track as long the games go ahead.
now tell me the council are not out to screw our club up! go on.
the fact is there for you to see now, the council had the future of the club in their hands, they could quite simply have agreed the cva and we would have been playing in the Ricoh.
you just continue to make it up
wouldnt we?
guys smell the coffee, listen to Mark Robins he tried to help us by letting us all in on a little secret: the council are the problem. they declared war on sisu and in so many words said - oi - get out of town, the council have since done everything in their power to wreck the club.
the cva may not be agreed - but we will still be in the ricoh soon, the council will have to sell up when central government start asking how the council are make the morgue a profit running entity

completely deluded SISU are as much to blame if not more than the council for this whole mess, sisu cost cutting got us relegated and cost us millions , the councils fault for the over inflated rent. yet you still defend SISU to the hilt thanks for popping in again TIM!!
I am all for an investigation !!
Their is more chance of us playing at the ricoh if the CVA is not signed.
If the CVA is signed or not Sisu city will be playing at suxfields !!!
ccfc ltd will still be liquidated if the CVA is signed so that Sisu can dump the lease agreement.
If we get a 15point deduction it doesn't matter we will be relegated this season anyway !!!
I'd like to blame Andy Thorn. Thanks.we just need someone to blame the Sky blue trust and the football league for the CVA not being signed and we will have a full house of hysterical posts about a subject for which we have no evidencal proof of what will be done or in what time frame.

I think TSB pretty much unmasked himself as a WUM from another club the other day by calling us 'SISU Blues'...That is a term that's been used several times on Facebook by 'outed' Fester fans having a laugh at our expense. That Paxman's views are almost exactly the same...right down to telling almost all others to 'wake up and smell the coffee' show just how out of touch he is with the views of most reasonable thinking fans....I'd be a bit worried if I was him!
We have to ask ourselves, what benefit is there for ACL, to not sign the CVA?
Forget the arguments about minus fifteen points to the club, or where we might play in the future. If it is ACL's main bargaining card, what would they stand to gain? On the face of it, they lose the (reduced) settlement of outstanding rent, so there must be a bigger potential gain.
It makes me wonder if there is something going on behind the scenes, with a formation of a new club or team to play at the Ricoh? If CCFC ltd is liquidated, and that is the entity that currently owns the golden share, then do we have a situation where the name and the share are up for grabs? Could this be the rebirth of the true CCFC?
Just a thought.
You are so deluded TSB, that you have missed my point completely.
i am no wum, i simply support sisu and make no attempt to hide that fact. i am a sisu sky blue. not a coventry council sky blue. i did omit the word sky from sisu sky blue - a simple error. try not to look too much into things like that, your showing paranoya
