Was listening to Vick Minnete this morning,it focused on Children's job's weekend work .
Quite inspiring tbh, employers giving examples of progression from it etc, value of taking it on as youngsters, apparently figures have dropped off can't remember figures, just know it hurt me up the local farm or on the milk round,Severn Trent were doing something pop up style somewhere as well in town, felt quite connected as an initiative, round of applause to all involved!
It's quite lucrative now tbt grandsons got into it, it's niche no doubt but people still require them atm.
Shop work as well etç, definitely helps them develop skills they need when in full time regardless of where they found it, obviously it's a balance more orientated Jobs require some juggling around hobbies/sports etç?
