To be fair a lot of the fans shouting abuse near me were the ones who knew nothing about the players which i assumed were not there often!
The one near me said that Dunn should have come up for the corner in the final few minutes because we needed a goal.
Firstly if anyone wants to leave a game early that's there choice and there loss (Preston at home) and it was a big crowd Tuesday. What I did not like is people who know nothing about football booing the team they say the love and support.
Secondly, who the hell was that chap on CWR, I had to turn it off, fan of the week, more like idiot of the week, or second one after the prat on the pitch the other night.
At least they knew dunn's name!
<br />Thing is, with how busy it was people thought oh its 2-0 so ill run now to miss the traffic and mad rush!
Weirdo... unless "Baker" is a euphemism!!!
David Icke ! Was a goalkeeper on CCFC's books in his youth (not a lot of people kknow this!). Reserve team 'keeper, may have played one or two first team games late 1950's early 60's.
David Icke was a sky blue fan....
David Icke played for City.
I would never abuse anyone who leaves early and it's up to each individual to do what they like but, and this is entirely a personal opinion from an old bloke, I just don't get why people do it. You never know what's going to happen - especially this season. Tuesday showed how great the Ricoh could be and for most of the game the atmosphere was brilliant. But once people started leaving the atmposphere changed. I can't imagine what players must feel like when there's been a full house and great support and then suddenly thousands are going. There have always been individuals who leave every game early to beat the traffic but I don't remember these mass exoduses happening in the old days.
