Thought it during the Forest game, but today confirmed it for me. He will make the odd error, but for me Fankaty's definitely got/getting back to his best.
I’ve always been a “glass half empty” guy, coz to have high hopes for CCFC in my lifetime would’ve been horrendous!
Dabo was one of the few players I thought would easily cope with Championship football when we got promoted. Rated him highly.
Injuries haven’t helped him, but I’ve been disappointed in him for last 18+ months. I’ve still got the faith- there’s a class player in there. Glad to see it’s coming to the fore more now.
He's our best right wing back , suits our style more , and we look better with him there and infact , his crossing has been superb in recent weeks on the whole

Thread title could simply be “Dabo’s got his match fitness back”. He was a standout player last time he was fully fit, albeit a league below. He is first choice RWB when they’re both 100% but it’s one of the few positions we have two options at the required level.
On his game he’s excellent, added final ball recently which has always been the missing piece. I’ve not always been a fan and have questioned if he can step up, but maybe like Rose and Sheaf to some extent he’s a bit behind the rest of the squad in terms of games played at this level and is still getting up to where the likes of O’Hare and Hyam are this season compared to last.
He has the job he does for city is coached into his DNA ,the trouble has been playing not fit upto a couple of months plus genuine compition in Kane ,so he's fit and now the motivation of being pushed which is great for the club ,all of us.
