Is this another actual hearing or is this one where the appeal judges just look back over what's already been submitted and announce a decision one way or the other?

in fact i dont even know what or who they are appealing against now

Maybe the next appeal could be against misrepresentation against several teams for selling us "Footballers". Is the sale of goods act relevant for Mcnulty and Biamou

Fucking hell. Could this phase really go on until October 2018? I was looking forward to knowing one way or the other by the end of the month what was going to happen. At least that way we’d know what we were dealing with instead of being in limbo.
