I imagine he's been signed with that in mind, buy will have to win a place like anyone else. Suspect it depends hugely on whether Willis stays.

Clint van Damme (post 24) although Hyam had to get in front of Davies having got there unless Willis goes which I hope he does not ,Willis and Hyam will be our 2 CB Davies is quite welcome to stay which I think he is and fight for 1 of those places.

I read on twitter a few weeks ago, so well before this CET article, that a contract extension has been triggered by the club.

Yep i saw that also, i think Davies is our best center half so would like him to stay.

He is by far our best centre half... no nonsense approach... he would have put the ball in row 10 that led to the pen last week.
