Speculate to Accumulate! I ran a Limited Company successfully for 30 years knowing that in order to generate profit meant speculating. Tim's philosophy or business model is to work within cash-flow ensuring that income exceeded expenditure without foresight or investment as to future success. In my opinion, the man hasn't a clue !
Without generating increasing income his business plan in my opinion again, will fail.
The lower we sink, the less income generated. His thoughts are providing income exceeds expenditure it doesn't matter what league we are
Increasing income depends on more customers buying the product - speculation is the only way.

Agree. It's all relative. Had we have invested in Jan we would have gained promotion. The product would improve and surprise surprise so would the income. The guy is a complete muppet.
