A very fine innings played by him but hope it can simply be respected without being politicised.

Great innings to reach 100. A customer of mine got to 101 and she was another great character.

Extremely sad he passed away. Agree going off to Barbados over Christmas seemed foolhardy, no doubt his family blagged a freebie to go with him.
Anyway, now waiting for every politician and "celebrity" to be fawing over the news to see who can offer the biggest saintly eulogy for him. He was an inspiration last year and a worthy focus. However, he was a father, grandfather etc just like we all are so we should not forget the other 10's thousands who have passed before and will do so after him.
RIP Tom.

On my round yesterday got told by a customer that his 45 year old son had passed away recently. Felt unwell after a visit to a gym, ended up dying from the virus. They got told he must have picked the virus up at the gym. The family are still in shock as the son was a fit strong bloke. Very sad news.

Julie Andrews AND Christopher Plummer AND Angela Cartwright. In fact, it's going to be a Von Trapp Family wipe out. The remains of the entire clan wiped out in one fell swoop.

They would probably be wise to avoid any conventions in 2021.

Talent is talent. I don't listen to much either, but he was undoubtedly a huge talent and a major influence for decades.
