I Wondered if he had anything to do with the players looking like theyve beefed up over the summer but it doesn't sound like that is anything to do with his remit.
A useful addition to the coaching team by the sound of it though.

We all rightly laud the terrific job MR has done, but clearly is a team effort and all play their part - Viveash, Williams, the development, youth and physios etc, but not the shop or the ticket office of course as they're poo

Met head of academy and recruitment the other day too. Both humble men who know their stuff. Interesting talking about their aim to grow more than successful footballers and 1 in a hundred making the grade at championship / premiership level
