And you are now Terminated by the sisu T1000...
@Coventry_City: #SkyBlues development coach Ian Foster reaches agreement with @Coventry_City to leave the club by mutual consent. http://t.co/evxOwLhYvp
 But fear not, maybe this is Joy's way of taking a more hands on approach.
It will be. It will be Joy taking on the role.
First thing she is going to do is teach new kids ducking and diving and how to argue against penalties.
Surprised Sisu didn't word it that they want 'proper' judges next time.
Is this simple cost-cutting, or are they unhappy with his performance? I thought that in general terms SP was happy with the flow of players coming from the academy.
The timing of this, just after the JR, and aligned with Blair Adams also being paid off is a little worrying - but then we've got TF talking about six-figure sponsorship deals and ML (apparently) saying that Wilson won't leave either (except for silly offers). Personally, I'm not convinced about all of the optimism spilling out of the SISU camp about the upcoming season, but that's probably just me...
So players leave, back room staff leave, who / what position is next?
To give them the benefit of the doubt: Pressley got his guy in over Rioch early on and this could just be more of his restructuring. He does more tightly integrate the youth setup and this might mean redundancies.
As with everything Sisu, we won't know until it's too late.
This is what happens when you produce Conor Thomas...
