Seems odd really , no connection ...no headbutt , guess thats just modern footballIn this day and age, pushing your head forward into someones face counts as a headbutt whether there is a connection or not.
I always think if you are going to get sent off for it anyway you may as well do it properly. Don't get sent off for swearing at the ref or trying to kiss their player, put in a decent tackle to get the crowd going.
Yep three match bans are a right giggle.

Intent.
Totally agree.Samo thats my opinion on it , but regardless we move on , the most dissapointing thing about the whole thing is the referee should have blown for the foul on johnson by taylor that led to the fracas , the ref was appalling first half tbh
Was It ungentlemanly conduct or violent conduct?
Pathetic !! That's a booking, no more. The game is shite these days, no wonder crowds are dropping off outside of the Premiershit!
No it's a red card. How can you dispute that in today's football?
Why, what did you do?red card for me.
No excuses, stick your head in a players face you run the risk of being sent off. Disappointing from an experienced player and club captain who should be leading by example? It followed what appears to be some routine shirt pulling.
But these things happen, Reda hasn't got form for it, so let's move on. Any repeat would be more worrying.
Why, what did you do?
The trouble with football is the mangaer can not legislate for an idiot and last night Johnson
was an idiot.
Well he wasn't challenging for the ball, so most likely is violent conduct. Threatening, simulating a
headbutt, or pushing your head into a players face in an aggressive manner could all be interpreted as violent conduct.
King of kings did all that? Where was he, the Skydome?Well he wasn't challenging for the ball, so most likely is violent conduct. Threatening, simulating a headbutt, or pushing your head into a players face in an aggressive manner could all be interpreted as violent conduct.
