With the JR verdict having shown sisu's claim they were forced out of the Ricoh was completely untrue and the truth is JS chose to move to NTFC, it's now clear (apart from to half a dozen posters on here ;)) that our future depends on JS deciding whether we will kick off the new season at NTFC or the Ricoh. Do the right thing Joy!

I won't believe their latest spin until I'm sat at the Ricoh with the players kicking off in front if me.

Their latest letter is an attempt to put more pressure on ACL.

SISU are disgusting, immoral people. The people on here that have backed them up (presumably either on a massive wind up or totally gullible) aren't much better.

We are going to be back at Sixfields. The strategy should be to put pressure on all sides (but it wont be) and until that time support the team as best we can at Northampton.

Its common sense but only 6 people believe that apparently....

Your definition of common sense is very different to mine

There is a strategy to put pressure on ACL/CCC, Rob S is doing it.

Michael puts pressure on SISU, Rob S puts pressure on ACL/CCC. Simples and and no mix messages from either group keeps things clear and concise. .

shouldnt both pressure groups be working together with the Trust at the centre of it? Or will petty power rivalries prevent this?

I don't think so. Why confuse the message from each group with impartiality? If they are going to both send out the same message then we have one group to many. I believe that both Michael and Rob are members of the trust but the beauty of having two separate campaign groups is it helps the Trust stay as impartial as is possible.

Actually Michael it depends on both parties to get themselves together and do a deal.

Perhaps you were not aware of the existence of the other party in this deal, much like your rental offer that you didn't clear with the most important party.

Just curious but what pressure exactly do you want applying to ACL/CCC to make them accept an offer to buy into the Ricoh, or to get Sisu/Otium around the negotiating table?

Let's face it. At the very least Sisu want the money generated by the club yo go to the club. ACL are unable to / don't want that to happen. So we reach a stalemate again. This is also the reason replacement owners are very thin on the ground.

Common sense? Have a word..clearly Saturday didn't quite spell it out for you. If everyone followed you and RFC to shitfields then Scrotium would be able to deem this kidnapping as acceptable. Is it enjoyable in Northampton? Is this the standard you wish to see us play? Get some bollocks ffs

Sorry Ian, remind us again what it is that you have done to try and get this shit storm to end?

Michael came out talking about a rental offer, now it appears that Sisu/Otium could possibly accept a rental (if they would stop fucking about) so, if nothing else Michael kept in the the public eye and everyone talking about it because everyone can see that a rental deal is the only way to get back to the Ricoh quickly, anything else about ownership can come later.

I will support them best I can...that is by going to away matches only, by refusing to attend Sixfields and endorse the bonkers decision to play in Northampton, continue to write letters, sign petitions, march....anything I can to get the team playing back in the city they represent. That is common sense!

That statement from Joy was a masterstroke. She's said nothing, not changed her position one bit, yet suddenly it's all "ACL are holding things up" from the usual suspects.

Nothing has changed, we're still wasting money in Northampton because Joy wants to distress ACL.

Nothing has changed and I don't expect it to. The ball is in Joy's court. There is nothing more CCC, Acl or Higgs can do but wait....

Ball is in Joys court but what if they do open talks and say ask for 50% of the revenues and ACL say no we want full access to all revenues again... what then who do we blame then?

Lol all hypothetical !
Nothing has changed and unlikely to. Sisu will keep the JR going so talks would be unlikely !!

You should be putting pressure on Sisu to PURCHASE the right to this income, CCFC sold all rights to a share of this years ago.

If Sisu are serious then table a bid, £5.5m was what it was sold for roughly, that figure is a starting point.

But hold on a minute, Sisu don't play fair, they would rather distress a company first then pick it up on the cheap. So I see it very clearly, buy your share back or go and build a new stadium.

I don't see quite where ACL or CCC can do anything, the ball lays firmly with Sisu to make that contact, should Sisu make that contact and with reasonable proposals and it all fails because of ACL or CCC rejecting a fair proposal, then and only then would you see fans change their stance, then you may see greater criticism of ACL and CCC.

Do you think Haskell or Hoffman would pay? I don't. By returning will ACL's share value increase do you think.

People need to accept that the club will not buy them but will want them or we won't ever have a business case.

Nub for me and I think with different owners the question for many fans would be changed and probably the answer from acl and CCc would be different too. Once trust has gone it's difficult to get back isn't it?

It's the Ricoh or no support from the majority. That is simple enough isn't it?!

Michael, I admire what you have done and the effort you have put in, but in humble opinion you lose some credibility by the statement in brackets.
If you dont agree with what they say, so be it, but to make an issue about it, as part of a far more important issue is just petty, as the sole and only thing should be the focus on us getting home, not back biting and arguments that seem to be the norm of SBT.

eh? what are you on about. I was proudly marching on Saturday and dont need to prove my support to you. the fact that you and Michael etc cant see beyond a simplistic SISU Out shows you will just be frustrated as your actions have achieved nothing so far.

Depends how much they have to pay for them. They may have to borrow more money to do this, thus increasing their liabilities at the same time as increasing their assets.

They will benefit a little.
But surely you know that is not the real reason that the club is in Northampton. It's to satisfy SISU shareholders because that's what they do. Ccfc are not the reason they are here.
I'm beginning to think you are a little dim on the matter.

I thought the offer was to encourage SISU to bring the club back not to force SISU out. Or have I misunderstood?

Just as a matter of clarification, from the open letter Joy and Tim put out last week, the income they specified was all match day revenues, if this is indeed the case why, should they be required to purchase the Higgs share of ACL to bring the club home, as the share Higgs purchased from CCFC was for 50% of the entire stadium revenue.

Amazing how many City fans seem to have a problem with CCFC benefiting from the income the CLUB generates.

Please explain Torch how CCFC will benefit ?
Because all I can see the extra revenue is required to pay Arvo their 1.8 million a year interest charges !!
