It cost £1m (plus vat) to buy a stadium that cost £115m for £15m.
Argue the value all you like - £30m whatever.

now we will see if this Doug King is serious and conclude with his ‘takeover’ of the club

Find it difficult to believe that King is just a go-between for SISU and MIke Ashley... otherwise surely he wouldn't have been shouting about making a £25m bid for the arena.
