Dream Match (1 Viewer)

For this week's Cooks Question, i want to know, if you could bring 2 legends of their sport together for a dream match, who would it be? Tyson and Ali? Fangio vs Schumacher? Messi vs Maradonna? Also let us know your reasons for wanting that match. Get your answers in before 11.30am Thursday if you want your opinion broadcast on Sports Lounge this week. Thanks

Big Daddy & Giant Haystacks in a tag match with Randy Savage & Hulk Hogan with commentary by Kent Walton from the world of sport. Why ? Just because.

Rocky Marciano v Mike Tyson when both were at their peak.
What a battle this would be ! I'd go for Rocky with a ten round stoppage.

How about Sepp Blatter and Jack Warner v Vinnie Jones and Duncan Ferguson in doubles....

In all seriousness Joey Dunlop v Giacomo Agostini. Identical bikes (something like 1976 RG500s) over two legs. One on a short circuit, one on the roads. Others would be Bjorn Borg v Roger Federer on grass or Lance Armstrong as he was v a clean Lance Armstrong. All 3 would be close.

So his peak was when he was still only early 20's and his best results were against an old Larry Homes and Spink?

As you can probably tell I don't buy in to him being the greatest of all time. :D

Eddy Merck v Sean Kelly in the Paris-Roubaix classic.

Kelly was my first road cycling hero......one of the finest classics riders ever winning 9 in total.....

Eddy Merckx regarded as the all-time finest, but Kelly was supreme on the cobbles & I reckon he could've taken Merckx.

I'd also loved to have seen the legendary Tommy Simpson ride in Le Tour......apparently the bravest cyclist ever.....mind you, he used to ride full of brandy & amphetamines so its no wonder really !!

I'd also love to have seen Botham batting against Botham bowling during Bothams 1981 Ashes form.

Finally, the wonderful Seve Ballesteros versus Rory Mac in a 2 club & putter challenge....
