Based on what? I think League 2 would be good for him. He's the least convincing of the 3 imo simply because we don't know anything about him and he's played at no level at all.
Some think Bassette was fast tracked too fast which may be true but i think he's a talent, only 20, played mens football here, in France and in the top division in Belgium, there is hope he could come good here.
Obikwu is an interesting one, an awkward customer who has different attributes which could see him come good, he's certainly got a good career in the game ahead even if not here.
Rapha... what do we know? We hear he's good in training. That's about it.
Obikwu was going to a higher league on loan but it fell through when he got injured.
Some players have a quantum leap in form. Wilson and Vic are examples. Most just fall away and ply their trade at a much lower level.
Andrews looks the most likely at present.
Bassette and Raphael need to step up next season.
Young players can make rapid strides very quickly from season to season so it is premature to now be saying which players should go out on loan next season. With a Summer's preparation and training under FL behind them the young players mentioned in this thread could be a lot closer to challenging for first team places than currently might seem to be the case.
The addition of Grimes meant that there was only 2 other available places in midfield, so someone was always going to get reduced minutes.
And as Grimes has been used as a defencive midfielder, Eccles was the one under most threat, and one of the players who needed a rest (along with MvE)
But having said that, I think I'm right in saying he has appeared at some point, in every game under FL.
