Yeah, heard him talking at one of the f1 tracks last season about Chelsea. Seems to have changed his mind when we were relegated from the prem from what I've heard!

My uncle was in the same class at school in Dublin - could sell sand to the Arabs and was always going to make his money.

He was asked once if he fancied buying our club ? I don't know what reply he gave,but obviously it must have been no !

Eddie Jordan used to be a regular at HR in the posh seats. I presume he was always a guest of the club rather than buying a ticket.

That rent-a-gob John Gaunt used to do the same at the Ricoh, always in the directors' box with Robinson, McGinnity & co. He used to brag that he never paid for his seat or his dinner. So once the invites dried up I doubt he ever came again.

he was a supporter when at warwick university ( used to be in same group ) and like many also had fav scottish club - used to I believe have shares in man u

You have to wonder about the integrity of anyone who can switch clubs like choosing a new car.
