Luckily we don't have to make that decision. I imagine the club already have somewhere lined up and playing that chicken with London Wasps now.The question is when do you decide there’s no other alternative. It’s a game of chicken and a groundshare is jumping out the way. Are we sure Wasps won’t blink? Then we’re at last resort. If not, we’re not.
That's where option B comes in.
A stadium built and moved in within 3 years isn't viable but it needs actual action and plans to get it in motion if that's the plan.
Okay, may be my mistake then.I just can’t believe it. Sixfields wasnt 6 miles away. Where has this rule come from?
I’ve heard it for a new ground, but not a groundshare.
But we all know a new stadium won't happen.
The only good I can see coming out of this is that it will devalue the club and then maybe the likes of Hoffman's bid will be accepted and Wasps will have us back.
We go 50 miles away the club is going to be worthless.

Under Sisu it won't. I am certain of that.If you know a new ground won’t happen you’ve got to vote C surely?

Like I say, I CAN understand why some would vote C and hope for us to start again. All options are a bag of shite.

Thats why I voted A. I have no faith that we’ll get a ground built in three years. It’s taken four and we haven’t even got a location yet.
Back to brexit it doesn't matter if 6 million of us sign the petition it matters what the people in the chair actually do.Well this thread is literally about us being asked to make a decision.
It doesn't mean that the stadium will be ready in 3 years though does it, we could and will likely be in the same position in 3 years timeThat's where option B comes in.

agree but I thought they had a deadline for a new stadium previously and that didn't happen. Is there land available to cater for a new stadium around Coventry? Certainly not in the centre! That's where it comes in where they have to be actioning things and showing they are being actioned at every step.

God, it's exhausting being constantly pissed off/worried about everything.
I think this is where CCC need to step in and jointly plan this out. In reality CCC don't want another stadium on the city as they have two all ready so I think this is why they haven't been that accommodating in the past. CCC need to bite the bullet, look at this together and then SISU put down the required capital to secure the land and an intention to build a football stadium. For me the financial payment has to be committed for the council to move on this. It's all things that need to be taken into consideration I guess. If it was the case it would all need to be documented and fed back at every step.
No waiting for 2 years before a company his hired to find land, for example.
Google maps says 50.4miles to stadium MK....... hmmmmmmmmall seems to be ponting to MK Dons stadium isnt it ?
Good train network, easy to get to on motorway and previous games where CCFC have played at MK have attracted very large CCFC followings.
Far from ideal, but the club will survive as it will live within its means.
Obviusly we will lose some fans along the way and not gain many new ones in the short term , but it will survive. I dont think where we go is the issue, the issue for me is going full stop........what is going to change in next 3 years for us to come back ?
Legals will still be ongoing
sisu wont build a stadium
wasps may struggle financially ?
Its now down to a gamble on SISU winning a court case and leaving with the cash, or Wasps going bust and CCC begging for CCFC to come back and use the Rioch.
Yup. Has to be.‘None of the above’

Maybe it's just me, but I am completely chilled about it all.God, it's exhausting being constantly pissed off/worried about everything.
While the other options would obviously be far from ideal surely only a complete idiot is going to vote to kill their own club.
time to invent the portable stadium!!hedge fund disgarees with other hedge fund so leaves their home and is supported by club who moved their team away from their home.
Then they need to come out and say this. SISU or No SISU the club needs to know if their future is permanently hamstrungI think this is where CCC need to step in and jointly plan this out. Council don’t want a rival stadium to the ricohThere’s two things going on here...SISU’s bullshit ~ and, even if they do get serious about a stadium, the council being arseholes and finding loopholes to deny planning permission for every site identified.
time to invent the portable stadium!!
It's got Rugby posts. No deal.I think SBitC have that inflatable football pitch, just get a bigger version
Yeah, it's a fair point.Council don’t want a rival stadium to the ricoh
