Ian Dennis said earlier on 5live he expects L1 and L2 to be voided this week.
Voided and is crowned champions ? Or just all voided ?
Think someone needs to explain to him what voided means. He just said voided and some method bought in to decide the outcomes. He mentioned home and away PPG which would be slightly different to PPG but I'd imagine we'd still be champuons
Think someone needs to explain to him what voided means.
Voided to me can mean voided on PPG or voided as in scrapped no1 up or downThink someone needs to explain to him what voided means.
Yes it can be different but u didn’t say hence why I asked what your meant lolI may have used the wrong term when quoting him. I was laughing through the washing up.at the time!
Though I take voided to be different to null and void.
Legally I'm pretty sure void means it is expunged from the records as if it didn't happen. The distinction comes on whether something is void or voidable (which means someone has the choice to void something or not but if they do it is treated as if it never happened)
So if it were voided then it would be taken to have never happened and thus promotion/relegation based upon it wouldn't be possible.
Thanks Clint for clarifying.
You nearly gave me a f××king heart attack before.
Well I think I must have misquoted him.because he spoke of the league been decided using home and away PPG.
Like I said, that's a total contradiction of what the Forest Green chairman said earlier so I doubt anyone really knows
If the PL is gearing up for relegation, I’d be surprised if the Championship then had promotion but not relegation.Yes, I fear that's what will happen.
Think someone needs to explain to him what voided means.

Er, the definition you've given there is what I thought it meant hence querying how it could both be voided and promotion decided on PPG.Next time @chiefdave make sure you fully understand the meaning of the word you quoted means pal before trying to beg likes ending up looking silly lol
Good to hear that the FA are insisting on relegation whether they play or not. Relegation amongst the EFL (Ch to L1, L1 to L2) should not be an issue as they remain in the EFL, albeit in a lower league... I doubt that there will be any L2 relegations on that basis. Just Barrow replacing Bury.

That misquote was avoidable.Well I think I must have misquoted him.because he spoke of the league been decided using home and away PPG.

I was by my bloody alarm this morning!!!Are we prompted yet?
I hate this waiting, just got to conclude this either way and make a decisionThe article seemed to think there could be an announcement by today or tomorrow, wonder if that’ll be the case
I hope that they announce that they are going to announce the announcementI hope they announce the announcement. Get at least a little of that feeling of unified elation all at once instead of finding out in dribs and drabs on here one day.
Support from an unlikely source
Ex-Sunderland striker and prominent EFL pundit proposes this intriguing solution to decide League One promotion
I hope they wait until my sky blue smoke bombs arrive
