For everyone going to the game tonight - did anyone receive email confirmation of your tickets being bought from CCFC? I got nothing, which is odd as it's the first time I've not received confirmation. Don't want it to cause a problem when picking up tickets from Wimbledon tonight.
The club don't seem to be sending out email confirmations anymore. I phoned the club and they said that I simply to tell them my name when picking up the tickets tonight, although I do have a copy of the booking as well just in case.
I got an email to confirm my purchase of the tickets, although I didn't get one when purchasing my membership, so maybe it's an intermittent fault their system has. That said, it's only one time I've experienced the fault
I was told that the tickets would have to be collected from the ticket office at Wimbledon, but if you're going on the coach like me, you collect both sets of tickets when you get on the coach, but I ordered my tickets over the phone, so it could be different for people who ordered on the website
