Why does email protected come up when I submit a reply on this forum ?

I suspect it's to do with your anti-virus and nothing to do with the forum?

Ahhh I think it's the @. Something thinks it's an email address.

Possibly, but why now as my user name has been out there for years

Have you got any sort of anti virus? It shows ok for me? Is it just when you are logged in?

It might be that, it protects email addresses from being shown.
