England having to select players from Championship (1 Viewer)

I've seen this coming for quite a while. I've read that only 30% of Premier League players are English but I don't know how they come up with that figure. I routinely look at the the line-ups for Premier League games and it's common to see only one or two English players in the eleven. I'd say the percentage of English players who actually play is much less.
