They're seen as a big club, so I'd be very surprised if it happened. (Unless it still leaves them safe from relegation of course)Everton face 12-point deduction as Premier League demands FFP punishment
The Premier League has recommended that Everton face a 12-point deduction in its case against them for breaching profit and sustainability rules, the Telegraph has learnt.uk.yahoo.com
Everton is a nearly club. Some success periodically. But so nearly relegated. We finally got over the line of course.Should be taken off immediately as it could break them I would love to see them relegated bunch of cheats.

Last time was Portsmouth in 2009/10 I thinkThey usually bottle it though when giving out point deductions in the premier League.
How many have there been?
As they are such a big club, don't you think they will just appeal and it will be reduced to 6 or something, with the rest suspended unless they were to err again.Apparently -12 might be happening
Man City’s case is different and will take longer to investigate. If 24 points were taken off them they would still stay up without having a relegation fight.Mental if they get a deduction yet Man City get away scot free
What's the outcome?Well everyone on here got this one wrong then!
I think this is correct in terms of survival this season but it could cost them a lot of money. Burnley, Leicester and Leeds are lining up legal cases and the first 2 at least are likely to succeed.Yeah I think they'll be fine, they're just starting to not look shit. 1 defeat in 5 and that was away at Liverpool.
Getting ready for our promotion partyTalking to some legal colleagues there also is a line of thought that if Burnley were relegated because of Everton cheating and given Burnley walked the league last season you could make an argument that there are implications for the 3rd promotion spot last season. Seems tenuous but follow that one through if you will.
I’d rather see Everton and Sheffield in our league, Burnley can stay up of course.surprised this happened, upset that luton are now 4th from bottom
aye, but i'd rather not see luton stay upI’d rather see Everton and Sheffield in our league, Burnley can stay up of course.

No club should get away with this - look at what happened to us - they need to take it on the chin
