Nice touch by Sky Bet to post a video containing every goal that we’ve scored this season that puts us top of the tree. Almost brings a tear to the eye!

Really would be a travesty if we don’t end up lifting that trophy.

I did some maths around the free transfers we’ve acquired over the last two/three seasons, mostly this season. It was based on transfer values off Football Manager so only a loose level of accuracy.
However, I totalled up the values (RRP rather than what we’d ask for based on value to the team, potential etc) and in the list of 10 players, the total value gained was around £13.5million. Highly impressive from a club in our situation. Massive respect for Robins and his recruitment team

I think the list was something along the lines of

Marosi
Dabo
McCallum
Rose
Hyam (three seasons ago I believe)
McFadzean
Westbrooke
Shipley (academy)
Allen
Kastaneer

I remember watching every single one of these goals (mostly ifollow) and jumping up and celebrating like mad to the point where I’ve definitely had noise complaints from my neighbors

two favorite moments of that clip:
- Goddens goal on the left footed half volley after shipleys cheeky layoff
- Shipley scoring from outside the box after goddens dragged the defenders wide...and Dabo running to celebrate with the aero plane from fucking miles away hahahaha
