Perfect - ThankyouThere are two levels of access Assign and Manage.... You need to set it so you can Manage their tickets rather than just assign, then you should be able to do it from one account. I had the same issue trying to sort out season tickets in the summer

TaIt often takes a day or two to update the points on the account - don’t panic

We've not sold many judging by the ticket map. Hopefully it picks up and people have just been slow on the uptakeany news on ticket sales. Reckon we'll get 20k for this?
