How close to the date will it be you think? A week to go for everyone to set them up on the phone or print them off for the oldies! There's going to be some cockups along the wayPrint at home and nearer the date an email with the ticket attached as a PDF will be sent to the person who ordered the ticket so if 1 person ordered for multiple accounts they get all the tickets sent to them in this format.

Im not sure they can be set up on the phone. I printed mine for all our Wembley trips, perhaps someone else could confirm if they can be used on the phone.How close to the date will it be you think? TBH, I had to pay for the ticket at the time of order and not a few days before the event and would prefer to get what I have paid for by return. Leaving it as late as possible always creates the possibility of a minor hiccup in distribution turning in to a major disaster. Some people might be able to print at home this week, but not at home to do so next week. Dependant on block. If I recall, they started sending out from lower tier...blocks 1xx and so on ending with the higher 5s.the play off finals were about 4 days before the game
