TBF they would have hammered us if they had someone capable of scoring goals with all the possession they had or if our defence never played so well. Shit tactics I agree, but we struggle against them each time.

They had more possession, but because they were technically inferior to us, they couldn't do anything with it. Thy only looked a threat from corners and I thought the only other way they could score was through a lucky long range shot. Don't rate PNE, don't rate Westley, and hopefully, 'we 'do 'em in' at Deepdale!

Ah I see you understand whilst not understanding

Lots of possession with no end product = put someone in the team that gives them an end product.....like a McG or Clarke or someone in midfield that can go past a defence, not just outmuscle them....we have a few.....and they would win more than lose.

You said someone capable of scoring. They didn't have any chances to score except from set pieces. I agree if they had creativity then we could have been in trouble but they prefer the physical game.

They have a goalscorer in their team in beavon. Don't think that's their problem, they just don't create chances.

Clarke had 2 golden chances in the first half which can't be ignored either. PNE had most of the possession but oddly for a City team the defence kept firm which gave Murphy little to do.

Or try to.

They just wear you down with attrition.
