At 3 pm Saturday our fate was in our own hands. The team, manger, board simply aren't good enough and most of us have known this since the start of the new season.
Without investment we are doomed to the lower levels of the leagues for years to come.
I totally agree. I cant see any investment so therefore i think we will struggle to avoid relegation from league one (division three) to league two (division four) next season. I think we have well and truly had it now, though it breaks my heart and makes me so sad to say it.
A win at Burnley somehow combined with a Bristol loss at Brum and it will be back to 1 point, with West Ham up next for them and Millwall at home for us.
i hope your right otis....i really do......... i just dont see the fight in them..but can you blame them...there kids....well most..and them that arn't.....dont give a shit.....
We've been poor for years, not just because of SISU. Something has been stinking this club out and we need to hit the big red reset button -badly!
It probably won't happen, but next season I'd like to see the following:
New owners
All coaches, and manager, sacked.
The squad build from a blank sheet. I'm not saying we need to scratch every player, just start with a blank sheet and go from there.
