Good man. I reckon that if he gets sacked before Saturday it'll all boil over at the Donny game.
I hope so. SISU deserve dogs abuse. I just hope the short sighted cretins who remove the piss poor squad from the equation when weighing things up and have a go at Thorn instead of SISU get trampled to death in the confusion.
we all know that several of the sisu puppet masters have lied to us in the past.I know I know...everything is SISU's fault and they have lied all along right? Facts to support this?.
Why didn't he have the balls sooner????? Self preservation is the reason, because he knows he isn't a manager and no other club would want him..... In my opinion
I have a problem with what he said last night! He basically said its not my fault it's the boards .. I agree he got delt a worsened hand but I'm sorry you work with the budget u have even if that means u accept help from Lee Carsley as he was offered or help from Marcus Hall and Bobby Gould for free which he was offered... So I actually think its pretty bad that he blames the board when he actually could have had help and that's the problem I have with his argument!!!
We will stay up
How exciting that would be! Funny thing is I don't rule it out either. Bristol will relax and loose two games. City can now relax as if relegated and win two games. But what about Portsmouth? There's the rub!
So out of Gould and Hall which one would have become the player we needed to put the ball in the back of the net?
Budget he was given? You mean selling all the players with any value that any clubs were willing to pay any money for and not replace? Some budget that.
Yes I suppose there was no fault of the board. There you go, I am getting as dillusional as yourself
'Loose'-n up perhaps but not 'lose' two games. And even if we did relax a bit, which we won't, the odds are fairly slim. That said, stranger things have happened.
Did I say I didn't fault the board???
Also if u get free offers from people to help u give advise or play for u and u say no, u don't help ur self!!! If you want to know I blame Ken the orange knobhead for the crap nature he did in running the club last summer!!! Thorn was the 2nd problem, and what he said last night just summed him up!!!

Very slim....but either way it's a thrilling end to the season, no doubt about that.

Thinly (or not too thinly) veiled digs at Sisu and the board.
Too little, too late, Andy....a far cry from your comments earlier this season....SISU are to blame, but this was an attempt to deflect the blame away from his own shortcomings...losing tonight was a joke.
Was the team motivated? I didn't see it.
I'd have more respect if AT had said that the blame is shared.....including his own failings, and some of the players.....especially the senior pros, McSheff, Bell and Clingan seem disinterested....
The most sensible post on here.
The so called rebellious interview was typically turgid affair with foster and thorn muttering to each other. If the season was half way through all thorn would have said the same pointless platitudes he has all season. All this is is yet another attempt to deflect any blame and to maintain popularity with the fans. He won't even make a statement now and go - 2 weeks salary left I suppose.
Most of Thorn's comments throughout the season were spot on. Good leadership involves unity in public and Thorn showed, whatever his misgivings.
Bleating in public is cowardly.

Think it has been brewing for a long time now and he just blurted out all his pent up frustration. Can hardly blame him for that.
It's called finally having enough with all the crap he's been given throughout the season, at least he didn't go all out on them, I'm guessing he's leaving that until the end of the season when he's given his post sacking interview.
i think you are right about frustration showing
But it was undignified
