The manager does what he thinks best. If he makes lots of changes and we win - he's a genius. If he makes lots of changes and we lose - he's an idiot. If he makes no changes at all, the results are the same. Whatever he does, it's all about winning.

Can see your point, but it can be harder for players to form partnerships if the manager is always changing the line-up. As Dom said, was it a good idea to make 3 changes after the 4-1 win over Gillingham?

What we need is to find a group of solid players who can forge a unique team spirit and grind out results week in week out. Burton showed us it can be done.
