i would politely suggest if they arent strong enough to protest and stay away, the majority who are going will not be protesting in any form inside the ground

I'd politely suggest both 'sides' are so busy trying to score cheap points off each other, the very thought of organising a joined up protest has gone over everybody's heads and the chance has been lost.

im not sure of your reasons for going ,they may be good and valid but will you protest that your not in cov
thats just people on here ,been speaking to lots of fans and surprised by who ,s going and who are not if we get fans protesting at the ricoh , sixfields and the hill thats got to be good
We have a joined up protest. There are many CCFC legends, all gutted about the way CCFC are no longer in Coventry and they have agreed to give up their Sunday to make their point noted. ACL have opened the very venue that SISU have walked away from, on the day the 1st "home" match is due to be played. Tickets to see this kick about are £5 and the profits are being given to LOCAL charities, thus keeping the money WITHIN COVENTRY !!. At 3pm, the fans, (which will dwarf those in Northampton) will sing the SKY BLUE SONG, along with EX PLAYERS.
Now, call me crazy, but i would say that was pretty organised !!
It's a pity the joined up protest of boycotting sixfields has gone over some people's heads !I'd politely suggest both 'sides' are so busy trying to score cheap points off each other, the very thought of organising a joined up protest has gone over everybody's heads and the chance has been lost.
Totally agree, i actually feel a bit sorry for the those who are going to Northampton tomorrow, I can just see Timmy giggling away in his box saying 'look at those fools, I told you they would come'
Seems a bit biased. You are in the belief that you are in the right. Could it be that the fans who go to Northampton are in the right and you are in the wrong in your support of the club? Ultimately, whatever happens the club may be doomed. Just playing devils advocate.
Same as the council will be saying to the far bigger fools going to the Charity game tomorrow. They really are being duped.

thing with this arguement is, this will be the only time at the ricoh ?
whats your arguement for the next "home" game when the ricoh isnt open ?
Grendel whats your agenda? Just asking like
There is no argument. Everyone should avoid Northampton and the Ricoh. ACL should be boycotted in equal measure. I have cancelled 2 meetings planned there and moved to a different, more expensive venue. I have encouraged a couple of people not to attend concerts there and I will give them nothing. NOPM should apply to both as both are to blame.

maybe...only time will tell...
Perhaps the 600 who go are right and the 10,000 that dont are wrong...
Either way, everyone is unhappy
Your a fool.
I have actually changed a meeting to have it at the Ricoh, I am a rate payer in Coventry and need the venue to be successful.

If everyone going to the Ricoh turned up at sixfields, there would be a hell of a crowd standing outside unable to get in.
The protest organised by the trust was brilliant, the follow up from it has been non existent and they needed to ride the crest of that wave and galvanise all sides in joint protest. As northern says all sides are trying to score points of eachother, its all playing in to sisus hands very nicely.
