Think Price Waterhouse advised the Council that the deal was a good one.As for Sisu bidding when asked would they have paid that price the answer was "no way" don 't forget when Wasps put in their bid we were elsewhere there was no team playing there. They only wanted to give Higgs £2 mill for the other half which they said was worthless.Do you think they would pay what Wasps paid for their half? What annoys me is why didn’t the ccc try and get the best price possible for the taxpayers, say we are going to sell the stadium to wasps for £5mill + debts, sisu do you want to better that offer? start a bidding war, we were never offered it at that good of deal
Give me strength, how many times do we have to say the same thing. I GIVE UP (well for tonight atleast) lolStand to be corrected , but the 1.2M rent was to cover the ACL bank loan, if ccfc had gone into Admin so would ACL, the rest is unknown so can not be argued either way as it didn't happen., My only point is that both the council and SISU try to make out there actions are because of what the other party did , I don't believe that , they both knew what they were doing ,Its just sad that people are still arguing for one side or the other, when they are both as bad as each other
I didn't know it's been proved nonsence love to read it was not quoting pwkh although I have heard his name but they didn't see eye to eye when they were trying to negotiate a deal.Is the rest fact?
We were signed up tenants when Wasps bought the Ricoh.
This is the point you keep missing. Selling it to Wasps fucked the club over for many more years after SISU have gone. Up until then their fuck up was much easier to reverse.
All the people saying SISU did due diligence - you’re inadvertently saying they saved us from going bust.
We should of gone bust you boring c**t
If they pulled out - there would be no club right now... that’s because of the shitty rent deal and the councils refusal to deal with anyone else
What a thick twat"If SISU never broke the rent agreement of about 1.2million a year we would have gone bust by now."
Err - we did go bust & that was when we lost the option of buying 50% of the Ricoh.
LiesThink you miss the point, there was no alternative... it’d been liquidation
Not to mention leaving a ground empty you thick c**tNot to mention the now wasps owner talking about moving here before he even bought them.
Would he have bought them if the Ricoh wasn't lined up?
We sold our option you stupid c**tThe best position regarding the Ricoh is getting 50% of it. But I assume wasps would want us to take on 50% of the bond aswell
Oh look someone put 50p In th Salisbury dickhead that never goes to a game.Oh come on, you must have a shit unrelated gif to post for this situation?

Why don't you support your local club instead of latching off ours? You never know you might make a league club one day you plastic twatWe sold our option you stupid c**t
I guess once you've abused everyone else there's only yourself left. Why don't you support your local club instead of latching off ours? You never know you might make a league club one day you plastic twat
Was the ground empty when wasps bought it? Back away from the beer frothy mouth. Not to mention leaving a ground empty you thick c**t

As I said after your first post, don't be so predictable and obvious.

1 As there no other bidders shame Sisu did. 2 Keep seeing this yet to see the evidence. 3 were the other bids in thin evelopes or held up to the lightThere were no other bidders willing to take on the 1.2 million rent. The others all made comments about being unable to work with the council - see The Manhattan Group
we didn’t have the chance in 2013..the council had a veto on it, which they already said would exercise
And finally - the admin process - Appleton has a duty to get the biggest amount back for the creditors... the biggest being SISU - so really had no choice to pick them
Not at all. No other party wanted to deal with the council.Lies
Yeah if I remember rightly this was pre-Ricoh being built. We were close to going bust then when the council suggested that was the only thing we can do.We sold our option you stupid c**t
which time? With Appleton - again, SISU were the major creditor. Appleton had to get the biggest offer for them. I’d imagine they offered 100% of the debt considering they were effectively buying it themselves1 As there no other bidders shame Sisu did. 2 Keep seeing this yet to see the evidence. 3 were the other bids in thin evelopes or held up to the light
CCFC will never own a ground. IF the council were to sell the Ricoh to SISU they would keep the ground separate from CCFC then rent it to us. As the shitty council do.
Same with any NEW ;-)))) ground they built, they own we rent.
The only chance we have is to get an owner who would buy the club and ground, and then hand it over to us.
Unfortunately I don’t believe in Santa Clause.
A lot of teams do it these days - not sure why, suppose it’s a way for owners to take a steady income from the stadium.I see this argument a lot and I'm not sure what they'd gain by renting the stadium to themselves.

I’ve no issues with this, as long as we benefit from the income

H B W post 302 1 first time 2 i see no evidence still 3 never said they weren't the major creditors but i bet you their bid was not the first one in .

Doesn’t matter if it was the first or last bid - the offer had to be the best for the creditors... if SISU are buying their own debt - guess who’s offer is going to the biggestH B W post 302 1 first time 2 i see no evidence still 3 never said they weren't the major creditors but i bet you their bid was not the first one in .
