No, but it doesn't mean the home isn't yours at the same time. It means you're still paying off the loan that allowed you to own the home, but outside that you can sell it, remortgage it, add a swanky conservatory or paint the walls luminous yellow if you want.
That's Dider Deschamp.
And they usually involve me being right.
Maybe if people stopped frothing and talking shit it wouldn't happen
OMGThat's Dider Deschamp.
How the fuck does you asking questions incessantly make you right? big headed fuck!
That doesn't, you being wrong does.....
Have you read and processed his reply?
If you dislike the owners so much why do you post on a SISU/Sconset/Arvo/Otium fans forum?
Yes, that's why I said none have been relevant as to why ccfc is sisuHave you read and processed mine?
Bingo, againCould it be I want the shits to leave our Club alone, or would you prefer me to be like you and few others that roll over and let septic,Fisher ect, walk all over you?

Yes I know... but miss a few payments and it's no longer your home.
So buying a ST is rolling over and letting Fisher walk all over me? What a sad little man you are. Tell you what, first home game stand by the turnstiles and tell STH just that as they go in. I'm sure you're still as hard and sweary when you step away from your keyboard.
If I buy a TV I own it, if I fall massively into debt someone might come and take it away. It's my possession unless that happens though, same with a house. A mortgage lender has an interest, but not ownership.
The deeds of ownership we got after buying a house suggest otherwise.
Have you ever read a cars "Log book?"...... It says "This document is not proof of ownership"
Wouldn't you look stupid if you missed your mortgage payments, and the "Mortgage Lenders" came and took your house off you!.... Including those "Deeds"
Christ, how predictable was that reply? In your opinion.
Christ, how predictable was that reply?
It's not my opinion, it's fact.
This argument is stupid. You are trying to claim the mortgage owner makes all major decisions on the house - they don't the house owner can decorate extend furnish as they wish and move.
The mortgage is transferable and a loan.
The argument actually illustrated independence not the opposite
Which 100% proves you were talking shite. The same reply to you as I did to ajsccfc.
Great, but when I bought a house they didn't give me a car log book.Have you ever read a cars "Log book?"...... It says "This document is not proof of ownership"

The moral of the story....... You own nowt till you've paid for it.
Yes and your Loving it Nick . :kiss:And they usually involve me being right.
Maybe if people stopped frothing and talking shit it wouldn't happen
No just average . :jawdrop:BIGi!
Great, but when I bought a house they didn't give me a car log book.
We did pay for it, the previous owners have all their money. The mortgage lenders own a debt with a home guaranteed against it but we could sell the house tomorrow without having to ask anyone. We own the house. I get the point you're trying to make but it doesn't ring true here. There's no landlord or tenant, there's a homeowner and a lender.
Which 100% proves you were talking shite.
At least you've had the humility to admit you were wrong
Well done.
Sky Blue Kid, you're a genuine embarrassment.
I hope for your own sanity you're just on a piss poor wum.
