Just think Mr Fisher if you and Joy get us back to the Ricoh,We may even buy you a drink on a matchday in a pub full of City supporters.
Instead of wearing the drink !!!
Thought he looked scruffy and tired on the itv interview. He would probably still miss his mouth and spill it over his suit!

Tidy yourself up Fisher and get us back home !!!
See how you put Les Reid in there... classy.
Does anyone know where TF studied law to know that the judge got it wrong ?
Drop what? The pathetic fact that people think a well respected journalist is a SISU plant because he didn't tow the party line at the CET?
That aside, it's done... the council won.
Now if people want to sit there and crow at how amazing CCC and ACL that's up to them. Just remember that there actions were perfectly lawful, but hardly supportive of CCFC.
Both sides are at a crossroads - their actions from this point could ultimately define their futures. I hope that somewhere they will both realise and get together and put a deal together - even if it's just for 1 season.
Been some digs about Simon Gilbert on here in the past. Hoped you leapt to his defence too ?

Just read what the judge actually said
You (SISU) Mismanaged the club
You (SISU) Tried to get the Ricoh on the cheap
YOU (SISU) Had NO plan B
Sorry mate nothing to do with the council/ACL didn't need their help to fuck up did it all by themselves.
And some still defend them.......
Exactly how is that defending SISU?
The problem is you've got your head buried so far up ACL's arse that you actually are oblivious to the problems that they created long before SISU got here. SISU made them a thousand times worse, and their approach was amateur to say the least - but to suggest that other parties aren't culpable just demonstrates naivety
Reading that report then, what are these massive problems that acl created?
.
Let's be fair. Tim Fisher is clearly more qualified than the judge to make this decision. I bet he has a law degree and everything.
Isnt the problem of paying mediocre players too much money a problem created by the previous owners rather than ACL - and it is a problem which SISU didnt address instead they continued to pay mediocre players too much. But, we need to move on a sort out the future and there seems to be a better deal to be had on the Ricoh. I for one would like to understand the deal and whether it makes the club viable. I have no doubt it would make the club more viable in the short term and would give SISU time to decide what they want to do. That of course is dependent on what is more important to them - their interests or those of the club. They bought sisu to the club after the lost lot went bust. I would suggest a break even figure of 22,500 paying adults a week to fund a squad with average chpionship players is hardly a recipe for long term sustainability.

And dont forget the mediocre lawyers.I am pretty sure it is not just mediocre players we pay what about Fisher himself (mediocre at best) and all the other behind the scenes people.
Sky Blues chief executive Tim Fisher has insisted a High Court judge made the wrong decision after throwing out a judicial review brought by Sisu investigating the conduct of Coventry City Council.
He said: “Given the evidence and submissions we were very surprised by the judgment.
“We believe it is wrong in law and in fact. I have no doubt that this will be heard in the Court of Appeal in front of three very senior judges.”
It’s thought any application for leave to appeal will be heard within the next three weeks.
Mr Fisher now insists “Plan A” is building a new stadium for Coventry City Football Club – but didn’t rule out a return to the Ricoh Arena in the interim.
He said: “Plan A is to build our own stadium. We need to own our own stadium, it needs to be a normal football club with control of all revenues like all our competitors.”
He added: “In February 2013 we negotiated to have a three year run off at the Ricoh Arena while we built our own stadium. But we were told ‘no, that’s not a deal we will consider’.
“As part of those negotiations we looked at a League One rent, and control of all revenues generated as a result of the football club playing a match at the Ricoh Arena. We have to control those revenues. That is critical for Financial Fair Play.
“Nothing has changed. There always was an interim deal to be done.”
Mr Fisher would not say if he would proactively pursue any deal with Ricoh Arena operators ACL, but suggested the company would not be able to offer such a deal.
He said: “ACL has borrowed beyond all reasonable debt, so it’s challenging for them.”
And he claimed: “The debt burden on ACL means that no deal with any sporting franchise could ever happen.”
He also insisted any appeal against the judicial review ruling would not interfere with preparations for the new season.

Yep. Judge was wrong!
Funnily enough, Gary Glitter, Max Clifford, Harold Shipman, Rose West, Andy Coulson and Jonathan King said the judge was wrong in their cases too.

Surely though the arrogance shown by Sisu and Fisher won't bode well if they do go to appeal because although everyone has to be impartial another judge wouldn't take kindly to people slagging off one of their own saying how wrong they are.
He was also into beastiality too by all accounts.
I think it was just around the time he wrote 'Tie me kangaroo down, sport.'
Further to this, is Mr Fisher wise to suggest the incompetence of Justice Higgingbottom one week before costs are to be awarded?
Of course it could be argued that professionalism should prevail in such decisions, but if some one had questioned my informed judgement (SISU were hammered on all counts), i know which way i would sway, had i been previously undecided.
It seems that Mr Fisher, who has been quiet for some time, only now opens his mouth to change feet.
