Can someone explain to me why we don't put someone on the post for those free kicks? What's the philosophy behind it? On both occasions a goal would have been averted....

Because then the opposition could all stand in the 6 yard box in front of the keeper making is view even worse and leave him even more unsighted.

We have the worst record in League One for goals from set pieces though.

Clive Eakin last night said that was the 6th one.

That is shocking and I'm sure the Bradford player had seen the Port Vale goal and just went for the same thing.
