    Help needed.
I need to get my hands on a full retro ccfc kit for a stag do. Has anyone got one they'd sell on? Would consider anything.

They've got a couple of retro shirts in the club shop. Could you not get away with this seasons shorts and socks?

Its shit shirts one day and full kit wankers the next. So I suppose I could cover both with a city kit.
Dont fancy getting gear from the club shop and spending about 60 notes on something that will more than likely be ruined within hours.

Get yourself to an African village, I'm sure more than one or two of our club shirts have been given to the less fortunate there over the years.

Just realised, that also applies to our Academy players and Ryton is a lot nearer so go there instead..

What does full kit wanker mean ? Is that a Cov expression?. Or is there a comma missing as in "you've bought me some socks, but I want a full kit, wanker. "

Nah, it means people who generally wear full football kits as in shirt, socks and shorts all together.

Closely followed by same brand wankers, adidas trainers, t shirt, bottoms, jacket hat etc.

....ha ha , now you've got me. People who walk around wearing a full bus conductor kit ?
So you can have any kind of wanker - as long as they wear the full kit - lolly pop lady, frogman, airline pilot, Tudor exectioner . I've never heard of this . Must be a generational thing.
    What about Tim Fisher ?

That's pete in the top pic. known as 'Pete the badge'. He's a nice fella who has learning difficulties. I've said hello a few times at piccadilly station.

    Dear Deidre,

I have a friend who wears a full Liverpool kit when we play 7-a-side, he's a lovely chap, we get on great, but I don't know how to tell him that he looks like a wanker.
How do I approach the subject?

    yours sincerely
    vow xx
