Has anybody in the FZ had info about the exchange process yet ? I had my email earlier this week about the new Ts & Cs but nothing yet on how the exchange will work. I know we're improving on the commercial/admin side but we don't have a great track record. Sadly I'll be sunning myself on a Spanish beach with a large sangria on opening day so am keen to test it ASAP

It was a hastily put forward idea with no clear planning or foresight.

I still don't understand why you can't resell tickets in other areas of the ground either.

I meant more why aren't you required to put tickets up like you do if you miss a game in the FZ?
Because the reason you have to in the FZ is to stop people taking advantage of the cheap tickets and rarely attending. That doesn’t apply in the rest of the stadium.

I think there is already a thread somewhere started a while back to act as a SBT ticket exchange as such. @Nick can you pin something like that? I have FZ STs that will be available in August time....
