Speaking to him and his mate tonight.. he now cuts steel for a living. Was our 1st team coach under Gary Mac back in 2003. European cup winner with Forest.
Had some good Clough stories I’d not heard before. One where Clough arranged for the 1st team to do a days training and arranged for a coach to pick them up. Clough said to wear training gear but that he wasn’t going but Peter Taylor would be with them. No idea where they were going but coach ended up in Scarborough. It was only to move Clough daughter into her new house and they spent 4 hours moving furniture and then the coach returned to Nottingham.
