Before this election campaign I thought of Rabb as the Diane Abbott of the Tories but before this GE I paid little attention to what Boris had to say. Boris has been put in the shop window by becoming leader and his shortcomings are obvious.Dianne Abbott is infinitely better at Maths than Nicky Morgan, Dominic Raab and Matt Hancock.
