Yep he seemed to basically imply that the Council bullied the club into 'selling' to SISU,and wouldn't countenance any other owner.He also seem to suggest that both the Council and the Higgs Trust,basically usedt he club's parlous financial state to exact onerous terms on the club.Like most sensible people he argued that the club must have at least part ownership of the ground to have any reallstic and sustainable future.Robinson said that there far better offers on the table than SISUs when he sold in 2007 but the council would not even listen. Interesting how things have turned out
He also questioned the huge cost of the High Court hearing,and who exactly would have to foot the enormous legal bill.
