    Hello all,

I'm a Newcastle fan from toonforum.co.uk coming on to keep tracks on Adam 'Arma' Armstrong. He's never had a chance to play up front for us, but he's promising. My boss is a city fan and says he thinks he'll get games, due to lack of competition.

Also, you panic button feature is amazing! We might borrow it :D

I know, great times. Is he playing behind the striker or wide?

It's hard to work out where he is playing. Sort of both. He's got electric pace from a standing start which will always cause defenders trouble. Good goal and looks a threat.

He's useless, you shouldn't bother having him back.

CoT. The lad is a breath of fresh air. We need him for this season. Then he will become a Cov lad, not a Geordie boy. Honestly he was a pleasure to watch. The fog on Tyne has moved to the Midlands.

He mainly played out wide right today, which suits him, making diagonal runs in between the fullback and centre half. I think with Maddison and Lameires kind of up front but mainly deep meant the centre backs were unsure who to mark. The lad is rapid, fastest player I've seen at the Ricoh since that late cameo from Ashley Cain. Both of his finishes were quality and rattles the post from 20 yards. Need to judge him over 10-15 games to get a better idea of how good he is.

He couldn't have had a better start (unless that shot sneaked in rather than hit the post). His two goals showed different aspects of his game: v cool finish one on one with keeper. Sprinted away from defence and slotted home.
2nd a late run well timed into 6 yard box just as ball delivered from left. Deftest of touches to tuck ball in off the post.
He is quick but also not afraid to tackle. He will get a lot of bruises on this division but also a lot of goals

Do you reckon he is quicker than Callum Wilson?
