the draw will be on match thread and that's where it should be,

is it not right to have a conversation about only 1,300 cov fans attending a "home" game ?

It would be right to discuss the outright lie that 1300 were there.

What, you mean the same conversation we have every other week, and the same conversation that's on another thread?

so, as I have suggested before, create a sticky, instead of allowing threads to be taken off topic or more to come up.

call it "sixfields" and be done with it

You can't express your own opinions. Surely the more people posting on here is good for SBT? Rather than "Tidying up" the message board of threads?

yes that's the one.

the one about us playing our home games 34 miles from Coventry in front of an ever-dwindling 1300 home fans.

I agree it is a great idea, but people would still struggle :(

Will create one though as a test

I get that it gets repeated a lot. But without our off field problems sorted, we can't plan ahead as a club. This is why every Topic leads to this debate. Sort the groundshare out, and you will see threads return to Cyrus Christie or Phillips?

i dont revel in it, however I want to talk about it. sadly, today will always be remembered for one of the ten lowest home attendances in our history, it wont be remembered for the 2-2 draw.

Remembered by who?

Remembered by who?

wikipedia etc. The redeeming stat from this season (unless it gets worse next season, which is always possible) will always be the attendances.

I am not saying it should be, but thats what will be reflected in out record books

Its doesn't seem to matter to Sisu they are very happy to he paying for the shortfall,, although its not the 3000 TF thought it would be as the lowest average... I hope the FL are starting to ask questions about the decision to let the owners have the GS and how long must this stupid situation can carry on.. I don't see the next CW in the U18's, so when he is sold to fund next years farce, don't be shocked if draws against the likes of Port vale at home becomes a great result!!!.

Its not a home game tough is it. Fact is games 35 miles away are never going to attract much more. Why people obsess with it I don't know.

There were 1637 at the last home game and 1627 today.

Perhaps they should announce the crowd changes over the Tannoy.

So what? Do you think Brighton fans care now about the crowds when they played in Gillingham?

Sorry, will leave this thread to the people who were going to post in the match thread until we got a late equaliser.

Football talk might trouble some :)

It's because people are worried this move will kill the fanbase. Therefore they monitor the only verifiable figure for said fanbase.

Only by people who want to remember it, I remember the 3-2 over man utd. Couldn't tell you the attendance though.

same as us, ours in announced in 3 weeks :D

If we were between highfield road and the Ricoh being built, then hats off to Northampton for helping us out. But the fact is, we have a stadium IN Coventry, that we can play in

With the greatest of respect, that comparison is pathetic. People keep on talking about these attendances, as they amongst the lowest in league football. Would you rather people gloss over that travesty, and only discuss a desperate draw against Port bloody Vale?
