This is no more distressful than BMW offering 0% finance or Mercedes Free Servicing as a local offer through targeted media. The aim is to create awareness, build market share etc.
The move to another part of the country invariable requires a change in media tactics. Very understandable. It also does not mean that the club is increasing marketing spend. It will have a marketing budget and it will spend in various ways that budget.
