Man City fans can't handle losing. Wigan won and they hate the thought they're not as invincible as they thought they were. Plus their manager is too up himself ! Love it !

Sergio Aguero in clash with Wigan fan after Man City are dumped out of FA Cup

Looks like Aguero got a dig in.

Agüero has to get a ban for this. Clear as day that punch. I doubt the FA will do anything though. If I was the fan I'd probably be consulting a solicitor to see if I could fleece the prick for assaulting me in front of live tv cameras.

As an aside I think this is indicative of the attitude of top players, no respect for teams and players they consider less than them and exactly the sort of entitlement that means England will be shit in Russia this summer.

No fan of Man City's prima donna-ish behaviour, but it does look to me that Aguero is being goaded by the fan.

No angels Wigan, behaved liked cunts when I went.

Top marks to the PA operator for playing Wonderwall as the players went off!

Does that matter? If you, as a fan, thumped someone for goading you then you'd quite rightly get a banning order. Aguero, as far as we can tell, is the person that resorted to violence and not the Wigan fan.

He shouldn't be on the pitch. As fans we are subject to home/away segregation. If an opposing fan jumped into your end of the ground getting in your face you'd lamp-or at least want to lamp him, right?

I think if fans are going to run at him and stewards are going to let them on he is entitled to look after himself.

Lets face it, if loads of opposing fans ran on the pitch and Doyle lamped one of them we would think it was great. (I know I would).

Good on aguero the idiot shouldn’t have been on the pitch, the bloke should get a long banning order.

But I think aguero will get a ban and bloke will probably get a place in the big brother house

Read this morning aguero was spat at. If he was then fair play to him for sticking up for himself.

Would think the Wigan stewards would be in trouble.

Footage emerging of Wigan fans on the pitch goading the City fans. Wankers some of them.

what is wrong with people? Why aren't they just celebrating a huge win rather than going after the players and trying to start a punch up.

Sure Wigan will be in the shit over their stewarding and the fans involved should get lengthy bans and possibly more if the spitting is true.

Aguero will get something but a defence of fans being on the pitch, being goaded and being spat at means it probably won't be much. He just has to say it was self defence.

On the radio they were saying there was only 5 stewards divided the fans. The fan encroaches onto the pitch and goes to SA so its fair game in my book. Just enjoy the fucking win, why be a knobhead??

Not too sure what he's expected to do?

Fair play to the Wigan player for clocking it early though.
