£21 profit from last game, gates of barely 150, £40k annual rent to Cheltenham-surely can't continue to exist?

So they are in a more sustainable financial position than most clubs like CCFC, MCFC, SWFC and the majority of other clubs. You do realise that don't you.

Gloucester is very much rugby territory too.

Makes it doubly difficult .

They have no ground and virtually no crowds. They are paying £40k rent a year in the Conference South-none of it is sustainable.

Cheltenham is their bitter rivals. Like us plying at the Villa.

They've been a bit unfortunate. They're ground was totally ruined by the floods in 2007 I've been told and they haven't been able to play there since. Not sure if it was yesterday or their next home game but they had an initiative that you pay whatever you want to get in. Get a few more people in probably, most will pay something and then buy food/drink.
