Gut feel - does anyone really think we won't start 2013/14 at the Ricoh? (2 Viewers)

Yep. But I wouldn't put it past SISU to pull the plug and liquidate us if they are in control.

That was the point of administration though wasn't it; to stop them being able to liquidate us?

so sisu have got enough money to build a new stadium, but not enough to pay a years rent.

If they had 30mil to spend then they should have funded promotion to the Premier League (where the rent wouldn't be an issue at all)

True, but we all know they wanted to do it on the cheap.

Tom Fisher or whatever a recent article called him is posturing yet again. Surely he has become the most despised member of a flagging SISU in the eyes of the fans after this latest nonsensical statement? Definitely makes no financial sense long or short term for SISU.

Strangely, could this be a tactic to get more money out of Haskell, forcing a bid through?

Can't see it. PH4 hasn't made his money by wasting it. If he doesnt get it at a price he feels is acceptable he will be off.

Lets hope he doesn't go running for the hills if Appleton lets SISU back in.

Could be worth trying to get it off them anyway - maybe that's what they want. If you remember the Pete Waterman bid - SISU wanted their whole investment back (was it 30m in reality? - do we even believe Waterman?!). They realistically can't want that much for it now what with a 33% decrease in support over the last year.

Even at the Ricoh I would suggest that the average gate will be 7-8k next season if they are still here - although based on this forum seems that there will be even less people renewing!
