simple yes or no poll, is their a happy ending twist or is the unthinkable going to go ahead?

im just curious as in December we had this hooha and alot of posters rightly pointed out there nothing to panic about and we would not be locked out of ricoh etc, just wanna gage peoples opinions this time.

the clause is there though, i think TF probably made out its super expensive just to make council give him a real good deal to excercise the option
